It is important to retain a receipt with your tracking number as proof of postage.
If you would prefer to use a different courier service, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending the item back, so that we can provide you with an alternative mailing address.
HOW TO RETURN
- Send your returns to us within 14 days of receipt.
- Complete the returns form included in your package listing the item(s) you would like to return and the reason why.
- Use the addressed envelope, making sure it is sealed with the returns form included.
- You will be notified by e-mail when your return has been received and processed.
All items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and with all LITTLECIRCLE and designer garment tags and labels still attached. Shoes should be returned unmarked in undamaged packaging. Lingerie & swimwear should be tried on over underwear. Please note, even RECIRCLE items that may be pre-worn must be returned in exactly the same condition as described in their listing. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. See Buyer Terms & Conditions.
Once your return has been checked and accepted by LITTLECIRCLE, the relevant refund amount will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the item(s), less any return shipping charges, taxes or import duties incurred within 28 days of us receiving your returned item. Returns outside of this time frame may be accepted at the sole discretion of LITTLECIRCLE, but may only be refunded as store credit.
Should you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a refund or for store credit and purchase the new item separately. Shipping costs are charged on the replacement item, as are any relevant import duties and tax charges that may apply.
Goods are considered to be faulty if they are received damaged or when manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
